パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾は、東京の演劇コミュニティを応援しています。毎月の即興コメディショーで、他の劇団やパフォーマンスグループの公演をプロモーションする機会を提供しています。
The Pirates of Tokyo Bay actively support live theater in Tokyo. At our monthly improv comedy shows, we offer fellow theater groups and performance companies an opportunity to promote their upcoming productions to our audience.

プロモーション内容 / What We Offer

ショー中に以下のプロモーションを行います：
During our show, we provide the following promotional support: 

  • スクリーンにフライヤーやビジュアルを投影 / Your show flyer or visual displayed on our projector screen

  • 劇団の代表者がステージで30秒のショー紹介（日本語と英語）/ A representative from your group takes the stage for a 30-second pitch about your show (in English and Japanese)

  • あなたの作品のキャラクターや設定を使った即興シーン / An improv scene featuring characters or settings from your production, a unique, entertaining way to introduce your show to our audience

これは広告枠ではなく、パートナーシップです。私たちは、あなたのプロモーションが観客にとって楽しいエンターテインメントになるよう、時間をかけて準備します。
This is a partnership, not an ad slot. We invest time and creative energy to make your promo an entertaining part of our show, something our audience genuinely enjoys, not a commercial break.

申請条件とスケジュール / Requirements & Timeline

プロモーションの質を守るため、以下のスケジュールを厳守していただく必要があります。
To maintain the quality of every promo segment, the following deadlines must be met.

ステップ1：プロモーション申請（パイレーツのショー2ヶ月前まで）
STEP 1: Submit your request (2 months before our show)

下記フォームからお申し込みください。内容を確認のうえ、承認・不承認をお知らせします。
Submit the form below. We'll review and confirm whether we can accommodate your promo at the requested show.

ステップ2：最終資料の提出（パイレーツのショー1ヶ月前まで）
STEP 2: Submit final materials (1 month before our show)

承認後、以下の資料を期限までにご提出ください：
Once approved, the following must be submitted by the deadline:

  • 確定したフライヤー画像（JPEG形式、1920×1224ピクセル）/ Final flyer image (JPEG, 1920×1224 pixels)

  • 当日ステージに立つ代表者の氏名と言語能力（英語・日本語・両方）/ Name of the representative who will speak on stage, and their language ability (English / Japanese / Both)

  • 30秒ピッチの内容（あらすじ、日時、会場、チケット情報）/ Content for the 30-second pitch (synopsis, dates, venue, ticket info)

  • 練習参加の有無 / Whether your representative will attend our pre-show practice

重要 / IMPORTANT

期限までに資料が届かない場合、そのショーでのプロモーションは実施できません。パイレーツから催促のご連絡はいたしません。提出の責任はパートナー側にあります。
If materials are not received by the deadline, we will be unable to include your promo at that show. POTB will not send reminders. It is the partner's responsibility to submit on time.

これは厳しいルールではなく、お互いのためのルールです。十分な準備時間があることで、あなたのプロモーションがより効果的になり、私たちの観客もより楽しめます。
These deadlines aren't meant to be rigid, they exist to give both sides enough time to create something great. Better preparation means a better promo for your show and a better experience for our audience. 

練習参加について / About Attending Our Practice

ショー前の練習（日曜日の午後）に代表者が参加していただけると、即興シーンの質が大幅に向上します。キャラクターや設定についてキャストと直接打ち合わせができ、本番でのプロモーションがより自然で面白いものになります。
参加は必須ではありませんが、強く推奨します。

Attending our pre-show practice (Sunday afternoon) significantly improves the quality of the improv scene featuring your production. Your representative can brief our cast directly on characters, setting, and tone, making the promo segment feel natural and entertaining rather than forced.
Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly recommended.
