パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾（以下「当団体」）は、東京を拠点に日本語と英語で楽しめる即興コメディ公演を行う団体です。会場は恵比寿の What the Dickens! です。

ウェブサイトのご利用に関する情報 / Website usage
当団体のウェブサイトでは、アクセス解析のために閲覧ページ、滞在時間、参照元、おおよその地域、ブラウザの種類などの情報を取得します。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
We collect page views, time on page, referring source, approximate location, and browser type for analytics. This does not identify you personally.
チケットのご購入に関する情報 / Ticket purchases
チケットの販売は外部サービス Fienta 上で行われます。お名前、メールアドレス、お支払い情報は Fienta が取得し、当団体はご注文内容とメールアドレスを受け取ります。当団体がクレジットカード情報を保持することはありません。
Tickets are sold on Fienta, a third-party platform. Fienta collects your name, email address, and payment details. We receive your order details and email address. We never hold your card details.
お問い合わせ / Contact form
お問い合わせフォームからご連絡いただいた場合、お名前、メールアドレス、ご記入内容を受け取ります。
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message.

チケット購入ページへ移動する際、どのボタンから移動したかを記録するためのパラメータを URL に付与します。これは効果測定のみに使用します。
When you move to the ticketing page, we add parameters to the URL recording which button you clicked. This is used only to understand which pages lead to ticket sales.

当団体は、上記サービスの利用に必要な範囲を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。法令に基づく請求があった場合を除きます。
We do not share your personal information beyond what the services above require, except where the law obliges us to.
7. 保管期間 / How long we keep it
アクセス解析のデータは Google Analytics の標準設定に従って保管されます。ご注文情報は会計上必要な期間保管します。お問い合わせの内容は対応完了後、必要がなくなった時点で削除します。
Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics default settings. Order records are kept as long as accounting requires. Enquiries are deleted once no longer needed.
8. お客様の権利 / Your rights
ご自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご請求いただけます。info@japancomedy.com までご連絡ください。
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email info@japancomedy.com.
9. アクセス解析の停止 / Opting out of analytics
ブラウザの Cookie 設定、または Google が提供する Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオン をご利用いただけます。

10. お子様の個人情報 / Children
当団体は 13 歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
