1. 適用範囲 / Scope
本規約は、パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾（以下「当団体」）のウェブサイトのご利用、および当団体の公演のチケットをご購入いただく場合に適用されます。
These terms apply when you use our website or buy tickets to our shows.
2. チケットのご購入 / Buying tickets
チケットの販売は外部サービス Fienta 上で行われます。ご購入手続き、決済、チケットの発行は Fienta の規約にも従います。
チケットの料金は公演ページに表示された金額です。表示価格には 1 ドリンク（一般チケットの場合）が含まれます。
Tickets are sold through Fienta, a third-party platform, and your purchase is also subject to Fienta's terms. Prices are shown on each show page. A standard ticket includes one drink.
3. キャンセルと返金 / Cancellation and refunds
キャンセルと返金については、返金ポリシー をご覧ください。

公演が当団体の都合により中止となった場合は、チケット代金を全額返金します。
If we cancel a show, we refund the full ticket price.
4. 公演内容の変更 / Changes to shows
即興公演であるため、出演者、演目、上演時間は予告なく変更となる場合があります。出演者の変更は返金の対象となりません。
Because our shows are improvised, the cast, content, and running time may change without notice. A change of cast is not grounds for a refund.
5. 公演中の撮影と収録 / Photography and recording
当団体は、公演中に写真撮影や録画を行い、広報のために使用することがあります。ご来場いただくことで、これらに映る可能性があることをご了承いただいたものとみなします。映像や写真の使用をご希望されない場合は、公演前にスタッフまでお申し出ください。
We may photograph or record our shows for promotional use. By attending, you accept that you may appear in such material. If you would prefer not to, please tell a member of staff before the show starts.
お客様による公演の録画、録音はご遠慮ください。
Please do not record audio or video of the performance.
6. 会場でのお願い / At the venue
会場は What the Dickens! です。会場のルールに従ってください。他のお客様や出演者の迷惑となる行為があった場合、ご退場をお願いすることがあります。この場合の返金はいたしません。
Our venue is What the Dickens! Please follow the venue's rules. We may ask you to leave if your behaviour disrupts other guests or the performers, and no refund is given in that case.
即興公演では、お客様に言葉やアイデアをご提案いただく場面があります。ご参加は任意です。
Our shows invite suggestions from the audience. Taking part is always optional.
7. 知的財産 / Intellectual property
本ウェブサイトの文章、画像、ロゴ、動画の著作権は当団体または権利者に帰属します。無断での複製、転載はご遠慮ください。
The text, images, logos, and video on this website belong to us or to their respective owners. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.
8. 免責事項 / Disclaimer
当団体は、本ウェブサイトの情報について正確性を期していますが、内容の完全性を保証するものではありません。公演日程や会場情報は変更となる場合があります。
法令により認められる範囲において、当団体の責任はご購入いただいたチケット代金を上限とします。
We aim to keep this website accurate but do not guarantee it is complete. Show dates and venue details may change. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of the ticket you bought.
9. 準拠法と管轄 / Governing law
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes fall to the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
10. 本規約の変更 / Changes
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
